Zero communication regarding online purchase

I am absolutely shocked by the service I am receiving. I've been emailing them for days trying to get a simple response but my emails are simply ignored.

I purchased an item on a friday. I received no tracking number or even an estimated delivery date. I paid a R250 for delivery which is a standard fee for 2-day shipping on any other sire I purchase from. I expected this around tuesday. Monday I mailed them for feedback, astounded that I had no communication. Tuesday I mailed again as monday I was ignored. Wednesday I emailed again as both monday and tuesday I was ignored. I then received an email stating someone will call me to arrange installation. Still, after being ignored for so long, no one can give me a delivery date! Today is Thursday. This has been 5 business days since I ordered the item still without a delivery date! I am shocked at how I can simply be ignored by the customer service agents for 3 days! I should have been notified of the entire preceding since the beginning and not have to beg for communication. I am disgusted by this service and am not willing to stay a customer of sportsmans after this ********** experience.
