You might wanna reconsider snarering any rackets at Sportmans Warehouse
Hi everyone
I had two new 2023 Tecnifibre resnared by Sportsmans Warehouse George Requested 11-kg load They mannaged to snare the rackets so stiff that snare ended up cutted right thru from one hole to next on the carboflex 125 racket then claming that tha racket was torn its was not them
The second racket the stronger X-top survived the snaring prosess but the snare are as stiff as n rock the snare starting to cut into frame at few places
I wanna cry 😢 me and my son love our new rackets hes playing tournament today with an old racket wich hes not use to thanks to Sportmans great service we can't use one off the two rackets
After asking them what went wrong ? Is masjene out of tune or was it new opperator Their reply was just their masjene are right and the one that was doing snaring knows what he does hes been doing it for long time They never get any complains
So just a heads up if you love your racket might reconsider snaring it at Sportmans George The two rackets and snare we bought from then are close to R6000 in losses its both were top mark rackets now s****ped 😢
Masjene was serviced and sett ngs was changed by mistake from pounds to kilograms
He are so honorable that they sended me pick of wrong setting and are sending couriers to come pick up rackets to get it all sorted
Don't see that honesty often in todays times
