Worst customer service at sportsman's warehouse by Mandy Ncube

We experienced the worst customer service ever at Sportsman's warehouse Westville Pavilion. We bought a pair of tackies and were given 1left foot. When we came for a refund, driving over 40km since we do not have the same store in our arear. Mandy the cashier who also advised is the manager refused to give us a cash refund since we didn't have the debit card we used for a purchase. We stood at the shop for over an hour waiting for assistance. First of all, this wasn't our fault and to get this kind of service from a big store like this. I wouldn't recommend or encourage people to buy from this shop if this is the service they give.
