Worst company for online shopping

This company is completely ********* and ***********. They confirmed my order, took the money, and then cancelled it—claiming they never received payment. Despite sending clear proof that the funds were deducted and appear on my bank statement, they still insisted I wait 48 hours for an “investigation.”

This was meant to be a special gift for my partner, and they completely ruined it. Their online platform is unreliable, their customer service is dismissive, and their entire process is a disgrace.

Avoid this company at all costs when doing online shopping.
