Winelands marathon instore entry

I handed in and paid for my entry for the winelands marathon at the sportsman's warehouse at tygervalley on 27/09/2019. By 07/10/2019 I still have no confirmation of my entry and tried to enquire about it via a phone call to the customer service whom told me that I should contact the store directly. I sent a email on the same day and up to today 11/10/2019 I am still waiting for a reply.
