What an incredibly rude man

I bought a pair of First Accent cycle pants three weeks ago, that I used three times, and the stitching came loose. Now, at R 1000, one has an expectation of quality. I took them back to exchange today, and the lady that helped me said she needed to call the manager which she did. She came back and said that he was busy with customers, he would attend to me shortly. Fifteen minutes later, and he was still busy, and I was still standing there, waiting. He walked passed me twice, I looked at him, but he did not even acknowledge that I was there. <br> <br> Eventually, a rather nice lady came, and told me that he was stressed because somebody didn't turn up for work, I am welcome to get what I want to exchange the pants for, and she will put it through for me, which I did. As I was leaving, I heard him shouting to the very nice lady, something about, what did she do, that is now R1000 down the drain. What an incredibly rude man !!!!! <br> <br> I really hope the nice ladies do not get in trouble, as that seemed what was happening. As for Clayton, he needs a written warning, and to go on Customer Service training and People Management Skills as well. I Wont shop at SW Boksburg again.
