Website Lies

I cannot understand why such big companies have such bad websites. Today I wanted to go buy a Skateboard, I went to your website and the specific one I wanted shows that you do have stock. I get there and there is nothing. Then the sales person tries to give me something else and tells me that the boards have not yet arrived. IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT, THEN DON'T LIST IT ON YOUR WEBSITE. Come now, you are a huge company, surely you have the brain power to get a simple website to work properly. So now we can never trust your website again?
