Warranty not honoured

We bought a pool table from Sportsmans Pavillion. We highlighted 2 issues with the table. It took 2 weeks of trying to get hold of the branch manager who did not even want to talk to us. Every time we called to follow up he was not available and when we left our number for a callback, we did not get any. Eventually someone came out and we explained the issues. One being mould developing as the wood on the table was raw unprotected wood. Our table tennis table was in good condition with no such issue in the same area. There was also a warping issue where the ***** keeping rolling towards the cushion on both ends.
