VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Thursday 3rd May 2018I was at the branch on pendoring rd Blackheath to buy a black wrist strap for my Polar M200. They had no stock but found one at another branch. I was told that they would call me and I could collect it Monday 7th May 2018. After not receiving a call I went to the branch on Monday afternoon. When I asked if they had the strap it was not there and it had not even been ordered from the other branch. I told the staff I would never come back and left the branch.
