Very bad customer service

I bought a BMX bike at the pavilion westville durban branch the bike was checked before leaving the store and I was assured the bike is perfect working order when we got home the bike tyres were down with pressure, handle bars and folks loose, we pumped the tyres and my son rode the bike for 5 minutes the tyres went down breaks made a noise handle bars and folks got loose. I then returned the bike the very next day after putting it away the insisted the bike goes for repairs. Monday 27th I called the store not to send the bike for repairs but to refund me they kept cutting me of and transferred me to another person who transferred me again then cut me off at the very mention of refund. I eventually called back and they said a bike specialist in the store not manager will call me. He called and said the bike was in a accident and they cannot refund me we argued this on phone till he told me to come in the store the 28th but only late afternoon very strange . The bike I bought never even last 3 hours we never have it for even 24 hours but they refuse to refund and make accusations of a accident to not refund as I took the bike out the store is as I returned it......
