Unproffesional and they don't know what they are doing

I'm very disappointed with Sportsman warehouses Pavilion,yesterday I went to the store to buy Forerunner 35 Garmin watch,I have been checking the price on their website and they had a discount of R700 it was R2300,it was not online only,usually they specify if it's online only,on Friday 22nd of May 2020 in the morning I went to the store and the price was R2300, I told them I want to buy the watch,when the lady was scanning the watch it was R2700,I told the lady that the price tag is R2300 that the reason I'm buying it.she called the Supervisor or Manager,they went to check the price tag they went on computer made me wait while they were busy discussing whatever they were discussing,at the end they told me it online only.So my question is if it was online only why the price at the store is R2300? Why the website is not saying online only?to me that looked unproffesional and they don't know what they are doing. How can you sell something but you don't know it real price?
