Unfair charge of transport fee for out of stock branch

I went to the Fleurdal branch (Vereeniging drive) of Sportsmans Warehouse in Bloemfontein to purchase a HS Fitness Indoor Bike (PLU***). I have identified the spinning bike on the website of Sportsmans Warehouse. One of the staff members told me that they do not have the product in the store and that I must pay R180 (non refundable) in order for the spinning bike to be dispatch to the Fleurdal branch. I feel that it is unfair to charge a customer an additional fee of R180. I must be able to see the spinning bike before I can finally decide to buy it. It will also take seven (7) business days for the spinning bike to be available - this is a long wait for me.
