********* CONDUCT - SPORTSMANS WAREHOUSE

I placed an order for goods to the value of R2719.20, order no:LSWC ********** 11. Sportsmans Warehouse, however, advertised goods they never had available which not only lead to their non-compliance of the 3-5 working day delivery period, they were completely unable to supply me with a future delivery date. Why they would advertise goods they know they would be unable to deliver ever, is unknown.

I demanded a refund 3 days ago, Roshnique Smith from Customer Service assured me the refund would be done immediately, but I have yet to receive any conformation from Sportsmans Warehouse. It is an absolute mystery why my refund has not been processed yet and what Sportsmans Warehouse has done with MY MONEY.

I consider the conduct of Sportsmans Warehouse highly ********* - they are not a trustworthy company you can make online purchases from with any kind of peace of mind that you would either receive your goods on time or your money back. It is unknown if I'll ever get my money back and R2700 is not pocket change...
