Unapologetically mediocre

We bought a dart board cabinet from Sportsmans at the Point Mall in Sea Point. Brought it home and the chalk boards werent attached inside and there was a huge crack in the wood where the hinge was drilled in. When we took it back, at our own expense and annoyance, there was no apology for having placed such a shoddy broken item on the shelves and the inconvenience of having to bring it back. Merely an, 'ok' and then we can exchange it. This level of complacency and mediocrity is disgraceful... proper quality checks should be carried out so that unsuspecting customers don't bear the burden of *********** management and unapologetic staff. Very disappointed at Sportsmans for this poor effort and client service from such a well known brand. Really not acceptable.
