Unacceptable return policy Sportsmans Warehouse

I recently purchased items online using payjustnow to the value of R5199. I collected the items instore and immediately tried returning them but was told that I could not be refunded to my original payment method but instead would be given the value of my returned items in the form of a gift card. This is totally unacceptable!!!
