This is why I will return the this store

So,I have been in the market for a fitness watch.Had my eye on a specific Polar watch but there were some issues with stock.Brighton,also one of the managers first handled my query,but when I went in the one day to follow up,he was not there.Lebo,also a manager at this store,took on my query.He was really so helpful,friendly but still professional.After sorting this issue out,I got my watch.He set it for me with no effort,meaning he knows what he's doing.Today, a glitch came up in the watch that had me very concerned.I phoned to speak to Lebo & yet again,he is doing one hell of a job with customer services.Although the issue is not yet sorted out (since I stay in NW),I know it will be sorted out & can trust the after service from Lebo.Isn't this what we all want....the peace of mind & trust that you will still be assisted the same way as when you bought something somewhere.It's very clear to me that Lebo is in the business to provide decent customer care,it wasn't just a nice front to make a sale!I salute you Lebo!I do not trust people anymore,but it's because of people like you that I might just regain my trust in humanity.I obviously didn't waste my money to do the purchase here!
