They could care less!

<p>I took in my tennis racket for re-stringing providing my own strings as I have done numerous times in the past. On 13/3/17 I was in the store around 11a.m and was told I could pick up my racket by 12p.m the following day 14/3/17. i arrived at the store at 12.10p.m only to find my racket in a pile of other rackets untouched. The usual response from most poor service providers " sorry ". How does that help me?</p>
