Ntombifuthi Mokoena from the East Value mall was a star today. She saved me a 40km drive, plus I left the shop with my watch working, meaning I won't lose out on recording any of my runs. She patiently explained their procedure to me, advised me how to speed up the process, then she took matters into her own hands and made the call to Garmin where Tshepiso was super helpful. Ntombifuthi went the extra mile and was patient with me, making me feel like a well received customer. Please keep up that positive attitude. Now my watch is working, I know how to care for it better and I know how to record indoor activities that I struggled with before.
