Terrible service from the online store

Order: LSWC ********** 11 I ordered online on Monday 4th of December 2017 and paid immediately for my purchase and they confirmed that the eft was received on Tuesday and the order was shipped. I got a confirmation sms from their delivery company Dawn Wing that the order will be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and no delivery. I contacted Dawn Wing and they said they will deliver on Thursday then nothing happened. On Friday I called Dawn wing again and they tell me they do not have my address, I give them the address and they say they will deliver before 11am however nothing again. I decide to call Dawn Wing again and they still request my address, I give it to them but no delivery happens. I then called Sportsmans on Monday to tell them I no longer want the delivery as I have been waiting forever for it and I request my refund. Today is Wednesday and I have not heard from Sportsmans, I decided to call them and they tell me my order is on its way to me. Confused, I again tell the call centre agent that I cancelled and I want my refund. I was told this morning that they have not received the package back from their delivery company and that my refund will be processed once they receive it back. My problem is why am I involved, they hired this delivery company, why are they refusing to pay back my money.
