Terrible service

Shockingly bad service at Sportsmans Warehouse in Menlyn today. We drove to the store from Sasolburg to look for running shoes. Got to the store and found the shoes I was looking for. The one shoe on display happened to be my size. I asked if they had it in another color and was told “No, we don’t”. I then went and asked if I could please have the other size 6 shoe as I wanted to fit both shoes on. The woman supposedly helping us told me that they did not have that shoe or that size. I told her that they have to have that shoe as I have the right side shoe on at the moment- they cannot possible only have the one shoe in the store and not the left shoe. She was not interested in helping us at all. When we left the store we saw a whole lot of the shoes in the other color that I requested. Disgustingly poor service and I will not visit that store again.
