terrible customer service

Hi i ordered a weider 8500 pro for R21000 two weeks ago from sportsmen warehouse the Glen branch , they called me and said they have stock can i come in store and pay before the stock gets sold out which i did, i made a plan to get the money and paid by cash. Up to today i have been given the run around that the stock is in transit on the way to me, today i called them to find out that the gym equipment is not available as it was a "finger error" and if i want the machine it may come end of October or end November, they willing to give a refund but can not give me my cash back so instead will put the money in my credit card. This is totally unacceptable and not the way you treat customers, i could have bought a machine elsewhere but i chose sportsman's warehouse, i can not gym neither can my 6 friends that invested in the machine now we told we can get a refund. i am not accepting a mere apology, sportsmen must make a plan to get me my machine or reimburse me. i am very disappointed, i will not buy from sportsman's warehouse again or recommend anyone to buy from them.
