Swift and creative help from a staff member!

After ordering an exercise bike from Sportmans Warehouse Rondebosch the delivery was delayed just by few days. When I mentioned that I had unusually pressing need for the bike - for a person just out of hospital - the person I was in contact with devised plan and he brought over a temporary bike from the store. This was a great help and used till the new one arrived. This is impressive customer service I have rarely seen! (Staff member's name omitted for privacy - but it rhymes with "urbane")
