Superb Customer Service

<p>I was assisted by Desmina and her Admin Clerk regarding the RED-E power bank sold at the store.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought the power bank at an arts festival held at the University of Free State. There was a huge confusion as the guy that was representing the company, OMNICO RED-E, told me to take the power bank at any Sportsmans Wharehouse and it shall be exchanged, no question asked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well I was just recently there for a replacement however the problem was that Sportsmans Wharehouse was not aware of the arrangement.</p> <p>What could have been a wrong turn of events was actually, surprisingly, a very turn to the positive.</p> <p> </p> <p>The store manager took the matter upon her hands and became the middleman as I could not get my middleman, the guy that sold me the merchandise. She sorted the situation out with ease. I might have seen it as ease as I do not know what happened behind closed doors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Desmina made me fall in love with the store as I have also in turn saw what they have to offer and actually won my heart as her next client. Next time I visit the store will be with me going to spend money.</p> <p> </p> <p>She brought back the old school customer service. You know a client should never experience the hustle between the Supply and Reseller and she filled that gap very well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you very much Desmina.
