I bought a wrist support from SW's' Cresta branch. When I got home and tried it on, it was too small so I took it back,, where SW immediately exchanged it for a larger size. When I showed the item to my physio I was told it was the wrong type. So I returned it to SW, who gave me a full refund without any hesitation. Thanks to Nicole for arranging things and Jacob for wrapping it all up.
