Stock as indicated online not available in shops

I've been trying to find a Petzl Tikkina 2 headlamp in French Rose. According to your website, it is in stock at both the Centurion and Fourways branches. I have been to both these branches and neither are able to locate the item in there shop. The item is also not available for purchase online, which is why I drove to both these stores, as it would turn out, for absolutely no reason.<br> <br> I submitted this same query via your online form after visiting the Fourways store on Sunday, asking whether the item can be located at one of your other branches and sent to the Centurion branch, and have to date not received any response.
