STAY FAR AWAY!!!

The absolute worst company to deal with. I took a cricet bat (that is worth R15 000.00) in to the Eastgate branch for knock in and oiling. Who proceeded to knock the bat in whilst it was still wet, causing such damage to the bat that no one will ever be able to use it.

The manager, Joseph, acknowledged that they are responsible and since 3 December 2023 has he been making empty promises about either replacing the bat or reimbursing me for my loss.

I'm at a point of such frustration that I'm considering following the legal route. They ruined my husband's Christmas because of this!

Please be warned and stay far away from Sportsmans and their alleged "professional" staff.
