Staff lying and hoarding items @ Centurion branch

The week before i saw a puma tricot suit online. I called the centurion branch who said they had the size I was looking for, 1 left however a customer had asked that it be kept for them. 2 days later I call again told the customer has not collected. I then ask how long do they keep items for a customer, told 3 days. The Sunday I call again and I'm told the last day is the 15th for collection for the customer. I call the Monday 15 June, now I'm being helped by a guy, he says he will check then says the customer came thru to get the item. Which already I dont believe. On the 17th I pop into the store, and guess what. The item was purchased on the 16th by a staff member, this is total bs. For days i reiterated that I can collect the item immediately. This thing of staff at retails hoarding items for themselves, even after the so called days acceptable to keep itemsbneeds to stop. Its complete nonsense. A staff member makes an excuse that a customer is coming thru to pick up the item, knowing full well theres no such thing. I will be taking this further.
