Sportsman's Warehouse...A shocking encounter

I was very disappointed with the Staff and the way I was treated as a customer. I bought a pair of running shoes and they Began hurting after the first run and they were tearing. I requested them to be turned in. The staff did not want to do this and made multiple excuses to try and brush away my complaint in order to not replace the defective shoe. After much battle; eventually they agreed to a full refund which then changed my mind about the store. However this moment was short lived; as I was instructed that i cannot buy from their store again, as I do not trust their credibility. The word I have for this is shocking. A customer being told they cannot buy from a store is something I have never heard of in my life before. When I went to claim my refund the mannerism of the staff were blatantly rude. I can say i will never step foot in the store again
