Sportsmans warehouse sell wrong size in correctly marked BOX.

In October I purchased a pair of Nike Quest 5 men's running shoes to get more active in the new year. I am a size UK 11 and needed UK11.5 in size for the Nike Quest 5 men's running shoes.

The sales assistant brought me a box marked Size 11.5 and 13 (Usually the smaller size is UK and larger US). I tried on the shoes, they fit. Went for a run and thought the shoes are a bit small but might need some time running them in. I got sick and didn't run for 4 weeks. Then getting back into running I noticed my feet are going numb when running. I tried on a size 12 but was way to big for me so surely the UK11.5 shoes as shown on the box was the right size. Only to find this morning that the shoes inside the box shou US11.5

Since this is a mistake on the sales team and staff of Sportsman's warehouse in Atterbury I would like to have this pair replaced for the correct size. The sales staff should check and confirm they are giving clients the right size for their feet and do a run test with them. On this day that type of assistance was given.

I am aware that it is two months since the purchase but I have not run often and the sizing on the BOX which I still have with the slip was incorrect.
