Sportsman’s warehouse sandton

Sportsman’s warehouse sandton branch had an issue with their card machine paypoint. I paid for my items it left my account and I was told payment did not approve . I had to pay again but I was advised reversal will take place on the same day which didn’t. It has been 4 days and I have not received my money. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I was told it’s my banks problem which it isn’t because the money left through sportsman’s warehouse pay point to their account. The floor manager emailed me and asked me for my bank statements but I have heard nothing after that. Extremely horrible service
