Sportsmans Warehouse poor quality

i bought the new world cup Springbok jersey from them ,and in September I lodged a complain about the quality of this, the yellow lines on the Jersey was falling of. at first they responded and said that this was escalated. now from about 2 weeks ago I am just being ignored . the world cup is over and still I am battling to get this matter sorted . this is the worst service I ever received
