Sportsman's warehouse online store is useless

Online order placed on the 29th of Jan. Today is 8 Feb and its still not delivered. Contacted them on Tuesday to esquire why its late only to here the payment was not received. After showing them that even their own web site shows payment was revived they stated that it will be delivered on Thursday. After phoning them on Thursday to find out why it was not received they said it will now be delivered on Friday. After phoning again on Friday they assured me it will be delivered on Friday. Dawn wing then phoned to say that it will not be delivered and has not even left Johannesburg yet (sportsman's warehouse ****) it will only be delivered on Monday.

They don't know what is going on. they don't know where the parcel is and don't care about customer service. Stay away from their online store its useless and Dawn wing is equally useless
