Sportsmans Warehouse must fall

I purchased a Garmin Forerunner 245 for my wife. The watch is malfunctioning,has errors on heart rate and has a big white dot on screen and you can barely see the display. We returned it to the shop and they want to send it away for 3-4 weeks to repair the screen,they can't focus on the heart rate yet,they'll look into that once they've fixed the screen. Their attitude was ****!! They are completely sarcastic when it comes to customers... Sportsmans Warehouse Hillcrest. The whole damn situation is out of hand. If we had bought from Takealot Wed have a new watch by now.. They're a joke! I will never support them again! What bull**** is this about warranty if it means nothing?? I'd rather but elsewhere next time!!!
