Sportsman's warehouse manager loses R30000 in sale by flatly refusing customer request

On Saturday 25/09/2021, I went to moffet drive sportsman's warehouse in qheberha, to buy the wider pro 8500 home gym. Cost amounts to R21999.99 including setup/installation at your house. Syiabonga the salesman was very helpful about the product, but informed me they would only be able to perform setup 6 weeks in due to delivery vehicle problems. I stated I would do the 8hour setup myself and wanted some discount.
