Sportsmans Warehouse / Kookaburra Cricket Bats, what is going on?

I cannot explain my disappointment and Frustration with the 4 Kookaburra cricket bats I have purchased in the last 2 years. Taking into account that cricket season is only in the first and fourth term. meaning that for almost half a year they are not used. 2 years ago I purchased the first Kookaburra bat (1) that split down the middle. I was assured that this is not a regular occurrence, so had to buy a new Kookaburra (2). Kookaburra (2) handle then came loose / off at the v where the handle meets the blade during cricket tour. I again had to replace the bat with Kookaburra (3) as it was urgently needed, and the broken bat was sent to Kookaburra, who then sold us a upgrade bat Kookaburra (4), leaving me with 2 bats going into the 2018 season. Now Kookaburra (3) has split down the middle. I am not sure the quality that is sold, but this has to be questioned when bats are not guaranteed, and it happens so regularly. Once I can understand and accept, 3 times is unacceptable. And again, we have a cricket tour in 2 weeks, and I am not happy with having to buy another bat. My son respects and looks after his kit. Very unhappy, disappointed and tired of paying a lot of good money on products that are supposed to be of good quality as per the sales people. These bats were all knocked in, and oiled at Sportsman's Warehouse on a regular basis, so explain to me what is going on?
