Sportsmans Warehouse kayak safety risk (nearly ****ed me)

I bought a kayak from Sportsmans Warehouse in October 2018 and when I used it in the sea for crayfishing, the kayak took in water and kept capsizing putting my life at risk. I barely managed to get back to s**** in one piece. I took it back to Sportsmans Warehouse on the 8th January to have it repaired and the issue is still not resolved. I have phoned on a few occasions where they said they would get back to me, which they have not and I recently went into the store at Rondebosch and spoke to Kelly ( an employee) who told me that the person who was dealing with the issue is not employed anymore. She also said she would get back to me and I have yet to hear from her for 2 weeks. It is now the 7th of June (5 months) and still have not heard anything about my kayak that nearly ****ed me. In all my 54 years on this planet, this is the worst customer service I have every dealt with.
