Sportsman’s Warehouse- AMAZING/FRIENDLY/POLITE/HELPFUL

EXCELLENT service at Sportsman’s Warehouse at both Pavillion and Gateway, Durban. I’ve purchased my running gear,i.e.; tights, 2 types of head gear, injinji toe socks, sports bras and cap from them. I’m the one who picked up the wrong size of 3 of an item purchased. When I went back to exchange the item for the correct size, two ladies(Pavillon branch) gladly assisted me and even collected the correct size off the shelf for me. The same instance I wanted a cap in the same in a different colour previously purchased, the staff went and found it for me and brought it to me. The staff apologised to me for the inconvenience caused (when it was me who picked up the incorrect size). I’ve also asked the staff to call the Gateway branch when they didn’t have an item. They took my number down, called the Gateway branch, tried calling me numerous times to follow up when I was unable to take the call. I’ve also called them to ask if they had stock of an item I found in the Gateway branch (the Nike Dri-fit Hijab which is now discontinued), and the lasy I spoke with, Odelle, was extremely helpful, and has kept my order request aside for me.

Sportsman’s Gateway:

When the Pavilion branch did not have stock, there was a lady, Angela from the Gateway branch, who kept the injinji socks aside for me and ready for collection. She was not there when I arrived, however, there was another gentleman who gladly went to look for her, and yet another staff. a lady, who wanted to assist me and literally walked me to the item I was looking for, with the other gentleman also going for the item as Angela was not in the store at that point in time.

The staff at Sportsman’s Warehouse give you customer service, they deserve this recognition.
