Sportsmans Wait for Broken Product?

What a mess. 20 March I went to a Sportmans Warehouse looking for a specific Polar watch. They did not have it, bu told me they would arrange to get it from another branch and it could take a week. A day later I got an SMS to confirm that they will let me know when the watch arrives. On 27 March I phone only to be told it should be there on the 28th or maybe 29th. Called this morning. Nothing arrived yet. A little while later I get another SMS saying they will let me know. I complain on their website. Two hour later the phone rings. We have the watch, but the box has been opened but I should not worry. I do worry, so I found the watch at another retailer. Will collect tomorrow.
