Sportsman Warehouse

I purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 from Sportsman Warehouse during October 2023. The fitbit battery seems to be a problem, since it required to be charged every 2nd day. I have experience of Fitbit Charge 3 and the battery only started giving problems when it was around 5 years old. I went to Sportsman Warehouse to inform them about the Fitbit Charge 5 battery issue. I was informed that I need to deal directly with Fitbit which is a foreign company. I did try and was promised by Fitbit they will replace my Fitbit Charge 5. 2 months has elapsed, and I still haven't been refunded via my Paypal account which I had to open specifically for this purpose. My concern how can retailers be importing products but cannot provide customer support. I believe this is extremely poor service and value for money. I will avoid buing any product from Sportsman Warehouse
