Sportmans Warhosue online poor service

I purchased a pair of Men’s Pro Glove by Harbinger online. They were delivered on the 1st August. Unfortunately the stitching is coming undone and they need to be returned. Unlike other companies that will collect a faulty return, sportmans warehouse refuse to do this, their reply: the product needs to be returned to a branch for assessment based on as*****t they will advise if the item warrants an exchange/refund.
