Sportmans Warehouse website purchase

On Mon, Mar 25, 1:38 PM I tried making a purchase on the Sportmans warehouse website. For some reason the purchase came off my bank account but didn't register my order on the website. I then sent an email to ********** for a refund to be done. It's the 02/04/2019 and I still haven't received any feedback as to when I be be assisted. I tried calling the helpdesk and I can never get through to anyone. This is the first time I am using the website as I am a new client. I thought it would be an easy process, but clearly I was wrong.
