Sportmans warehouse warranties only favors them never the customer

I bought trail running shoes from Sportmans Warehouse at the pavilion on the 8th August 2020. I went on a trail run the next day, the shoe got torn and i am told it is the way I run and they are not going to give me a refund. This is not my first ever trail run shoe I have purchased from sportmans before, I have been running trails for years. Never has a shoe not lasted beyond even a month. I feel that this is unacceptable justification to run away from taking accountability for the shoe that is not even a cheap shoe. It is an absolute ******* to say the least.
