Sportmans Warehouse rude & doesnt care about the needs of its customers

I have tried to buy a Asics Metaride in the East Rand shop with no luck. When I send emails that I would like to fit the size 9 so that I can buy it immediately, no one is assisting me. Its very strange that Sportsman's can behave in a very rude and uncaring manner. Please assist.
