Sportmans Warehouse - **********!!!!

I phoned somerset west branch today, asking about stock of a Polar Vantage M fitness watch. I was assured they do have, so I took a ride there. The watch was sold to me as new. Between the staff there was a ***** conversation which my wife and I could not hear but only see that something was amiss. When I got home and opened the box, it was obvious that they had sold me a second hand watch AT FULL PRICE!! They did not disclose this to me. It was scratched and worn, and the paint was all but removed entirely from the buckle. The previous owner’s details were still loaded on the watch! I phoned them immediately, but they claimed that it was new and had no knowledge of the second hand nature... be careful when buying anything- these guys will take you for a ride! Selling the same thing twice at new price is ********* and amounts to *******! Sportmans - you have been marked...
