Sportman Warehouse, East London Retail Park

Please could you help, I bought ascics tennis shoes, from Sportman Warehouse, East London Retail Park, I bought them in January last year, I only wear them maybe twice a week, the tread is bad, they are brand new, I took them back and they said they needed a slip, which I did not keep, I asked who the supplier is, I phoned and emailed Jake from More Sport in Cape Town, still no word from him, tried to phone head office in Observatory in Cape Town, they do not answer there phone, I am at my wits end, my Asicis trail run takkies are in a better condition than my tennis shoes and I wear the trail run takkies often, because of my hiking, please could you help me to solve this matter, my name is Lisa Roadknight and my number is ***, many thanks
