Sorry cant help you??

Wanted to buy tennis shoes on Friday. Took the shoe on display to find someone to get the correct size. Walked to the front door. Walked back and found a staff member by the cricket section. Asked the gentleman to please look at the back for the specific size as no full boxes were in front and no person is were available in the entire shoes section... the reply was:\ I cant help you its not my department"I told this man that I will be forced to leave if for obvious reasons that I cant get to fit the shoes I wanted. Again I got the same reply... Poor service guys. I also emailed your customer support yesterday and asked to be helped...still no reply. Really not the way to do business in these tough times..."""
