Soliciting feedback only to censor

After buying a product from the online store (which works very well), I was asked to provide a review on their website. I was unhappy with the product as it broke within the first few uses and relayed this view on the website, as requested to do. First the review didn't appear because it was to be moderated (fair enough), but shortly it appeared on the website under reviews for the product. However, shortly thereafter it was removed for no apparent reason other than it being a negative review of the product. This is an utterly cynical policy. May I suggest that when soliciting feeback on products SW make it clear that only positive views will be published? This should also be stated clearly on the reviews section of the website, as otherwise it appears as if all views are expressed equally which is evidently not the case, which amounts to misrepresentation at best, or possibly even a light form of censorship. Despicable and ***ardly policy.
