Small merchandise- incorrect sizing

I am extremely disappointed with Sportsmans Warehouse’s online store. I ordered a personalised soccer jersey as a gift, and when it arrived, the sizing was completely wrong. The shirt is so small that you can clearly see the sizing is incorrect. Despite this, they refuse to exchange it simply because it’s personalised.

I’ve now wasted R1,400 on something I can’t use, and their customer service has been unhelpful and inflexible. This has been a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. I will definitely think twice before ordering from them again.
