Sloppy staff

<p>I went to Menlyn branch to purchase trainers. No staff member was to be seen and only when I left did one staff member holler at me that another will come now. That staff member was not helpful at all. Then I went to Atterbury, where staff were literally either lying around or riding on the s******s. After 15 mins, again as I leave, someone offers assistance. That's pathetic and not at all what I expected from such an institution. I'm very upset about the lack of service!</p>
