Slate pool table not up to standard.

The rating is by no means a reflection of the service received (which was stellar). It's more related to the product. Ordered a slate pool table and the cloth of the table is completely marked. The store tried to replace BUT the replacement was actually in worse condition than the one I have. This resulted in me choosing "the lesser damaged one". The managers have said that they can't keep sending replacements as they seem to all be like that... but surely that's not right? A brand new table looks like it has waterstain marks all over the cloth! Be aware.
